Well, you've come to the wrong place... A long time ago I ran a Dynamic DNS service, I ran it as a general, free, service to all... I used it, others used it, everyone was happy, until one day it started getting abused... I tried to tackle the abuse, but, in the end, got fed up and shut the service down, also a long time ago now...
Maybe one day a new Dynamic DNS service will come, but, that's probably not likely to happen... There are lots of providers out there, including many that are free, a google search should return plenty...
This page is here as of 3rd February 2007 as it's come to my attention that people are still directing people who want a Dynamic DNS service here... The service hasn't existed for years I'm afraid.
